Delete your Home Harbor account

You can request deletion of your Home Harbor account and personal data here — no app or login required. Enter the email address on your account and we'll send you a link to confirm the request.

• We email a confirmation link to the address on the account.
• After you confirm, there is a 14-day grace period before your personal data is permanently anonymized.

What is deleted: your profile, contact details, saved addresses, payment methods, messages, and other personal information. What is retained: financial records tied to tax reporting are kept with personal details stripped for 7 years, as required by law.
